Calibration time radio main states:before or insidea while loop

Timming problems with calibration time of mainradio states,there is a question: outside or inside a while loop?to avoid loosing 1ms ofcalibration time,(entering and exiting pm2-3) Should i configure the radio settings before the while loop? What isthe fastes way toconnectagain rx from pm2-3 without calibration loosing time ?
