CC2430 HAL code library?

Is there a complete set of HAL code for the CC2430? I have a development kit, and basically just want a relatively simple hardware abstraction code set upon which to build myapplications. I have seen that that Z-stack does include alot of HAL code, but I find it quite awkward to use particularly when implementation of Zigbee is not my intention for the CC2430. I noticed that the software examples (SWRC019) have a nice set of HAL code but it is incomplete (UART is not implemented for example).

There are no other HAL code than what is in SWRC019 (I think) but there are some example code for CC1110 and CC2510 (swrc117) which shows how you can use the UART. There is also a design note you can look at: DN112 Using UART in the CC111xFx, CC243x and CC251xFx (swra222)
