I have been experimenting with the E-Lab ISP-III USB programmer for the Chipcon SoC RF transceivers, and would like to recommend it as an alternative to the development kit for in circuit programming. You will not have the in system debug, but it does program, verify, and read these chips without a large cash outlay.

Can you recommend a Schematic to follow for using ISP 3 Flasher ? Have you avoid using the module from chipcon? Can I make my own test board using schematic online and plug in the ISP 3 into the board to flash my program onto cc2430? I don't need all the Fancy Debugger, if my need is simply to monitot and report back to base using cc2430? thanks in advacne for advice.!!!!!

Can you refer me to the schematic and layout you are using., Is youe board with ISP III connector your own board or from TI recommended version?

Sorry, I did not get a notification of your request. The layout of the RF section is copied directly from TIs EM layout. You can download the manual for the ISP 3 from the E-Labs website. The programmer comes with a 6 pin cable specifically for the Chipcon products.
