cann't work fine continuously in hopping Frequency mode.

I have my CC1110 working in hopping Frequency mode. after setting the new channel  runs calibration every time .  the phenomenon is: in initial stage, it work fine. but after dozens or handreds of successful transfers, the receiver cann't receive the  signals from transmitter any more. but if  it does't  work in hopping Frequency mode , it work fine. the working Frequency is 433Mhz and RF Bondrate is 250kbps. What is the reason?

  • Since the radio does not have any “hopping frequency mode” I assume that the hopping algorithm is something you have implemented in SW. If it works at first but then stops receiving after a while it sound like the transmitter and receiver are out of sync, i. e. your transmitter and receiver are no longer operating on the same frequency. Without knowing your algorithm it is not possible to answer your question but I recommend that when debugging you setup a test where you can log the RF frequency on both the transmitter and receiver to find out is mismatch in frequency is the reason for your problem
