Recently i have searched TI transceiver. But it have no a protocol stack. So what should i do?

You may also want to check out the Radiocrafts modules, RC1180-MBUS3 (868 MHz) and RC1701HP-MBUS4 (169MHz). These are compact modules with a complete Wireless M-Bus stack integrated according to the new EN13757-4:2013.
