I need to transfer the ~64bit length data to 250-1000 meters range destination. and range is straight line there is no obstacle between receiver and transmitter.

Is there any module available (transmitter and receiver) in TI Low Power RF kit line ?

Please suggest me the module for my requirement.

I would recommend using a sub 1 GHz radio for long range. CC1120 or CC1200 are good candidates (http://www.ti.com/product/CC1200 and http://www.ti.com/product/CC1120). Note that there is a trade-off between data rate (throughput) and range.

If you follow the reference design found on TI web for the relevant part and use e.g. the PCB antenna found on the CC1200 reference design you will get 1 km LOS range even at 868/915 MHz operation.
