UART and ADC

Hi, 

i use the UART to send data on my computer with CC1111. Now i want to use the ADC. But if i configurate ADCCFG-Register then the P0SEL configuration will delete. But with the P0SEL configuration, i configurate the UART-Protocol. (TX and RX). Can i do this with ADCCFG-Register too?
