Low Cost Sub 1GHz Mesh Network library

Hi, there Texas employee

Can i get Texas very new (October 2014) Low Cost Sub 1GHz Network library source code, that i can take slave node data variables out of library and change them dynamically. There are more complicated network (too complicated for me now), which i can download source code, but why not above mentioned network. I am very grateful, if i get library source for above mentioned network.

We are considering to modify the library to offer more API, such as dynamically changing data, to customers.

Hi Fan,

I am trying to use this project (using: http://www.ti.com/tool/tidm-sub1ghz-mesh-network).

Unfortunately, you seem to have provided an IAR only library!

But, when I try to compile this in CCS (v6), I get this fatal error:

fatal error #10004: unrecognized file: "IAR Project\Lib\Mesh Network G2533.lib"

How do we get the library working with CCS?

Yes, the library should be used with IAR.

Hi Fan,

Thanks for the confirmation. The library doesn't seem very portable or customizable. Is TI working on releasing at least a modular library for general purpose use?

I ask this because this library doesn't lend itself to a lot of tweaked use!

Also, it is sad that TI is offering library that doesn't work on TI's own IDE that we have purchased!

Hi, Anup,

The new library is taking the process, and it will allow users to transmit their own data with this protocol. I think you can get it from the website soon.

To the IDE, you can get a size-limited evaluation version of IAR from the website.

I do not know anything about this library. Just to wanted to let you know that we have added support for cc13xx to Contiki, which is a Open Source IP/6LoWPAN mesh network stack. Please see ti.com/contiki-6lowpan-wiki
