In CC1101 datasheet, the impedance at 433MHz is given as 116+j41. I cant understand the balun value calculation, particularly how 116+ j41 has been converted into 50E and how you get the values for inductor 27nH and capacitor 3.9pF. If anybody explain the calculations it will be very helpful.
