What frequency(315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz, 915MHz) is used in Sub-1GHz Low Cost Mesh Network(www.ti.com/.../TIDM-SUB1GHZ-MESH-NETWORK)? Is it possible to configure frequency via software?

The schematic shows the CC1101 868/915 MHz BOM. Don't know this protocol, but changing frequency in SW should just be a matter of updating the register settings, which you get from SmartRF Studio.

I actively use SmartRF Studio. But I want to know how I can change frequency via software of this Mesh Network. Because I don`t found any setting in the code (www.ti.com/.../tidc716).
