We are designing one board with CC1150 and their reference design is showing 2 layer design. But I have couple of questions:

1. What is the stack up and board thickness for 2 layer design?

2. What would be the impact if we make a 4 layer design(i.e. performance) ?

3. Does TI have any kind of reference design for CC1150 with 4 layer design?

    1) The stackup etc should be in the readme.txt file which is a part of the reference design.
    2) As long as you keep the distance between the signal layer and the ground layer to about 300-400 um I would expect the performance to be more or less equal.
