One customer have the same requirement like previous post, 890M-925M active RFID, no matter integrated or discrete solution.

    this is LPRF topic - moving to that Forum, but to answer your question to the best of my knowledge - the tss company is making UHF EPC reader - you can use CC1120or CC1200 (for example part #'s of those families) for active UHF tag with your own protocol behind it, as is, since these are general purpose, high performance sub 1GHz transceivers.
