CC1200 inter-modulation and selectivity characteristics

Hello sirs,

I have a question for inter-modulation and selectivity characteristics of CC1200.
In case the supply voltage is 2.0V and Ta is 70 degrees, inter-modulation and selectivity characteristics become depleted.
Please let me know why inter-modulation and selectivity characteristics become depleted at 2.0V and 70 degrees.

inter-modulation characteristics result:
over 54dB @ all supply voltage (from 2.0V to 3.6V) and -30 degrees
over 54dB @ all supply voltage (from 2.0V to 3.6V) and +25 degrees
over 54dB @ 2.4V and +70 degrees
32dB @ 2.0V and +70 degrees

selectivity characteristics result:
over 54dB @ all supply voltage (from 2.0V to 3.6V) and -30 degrees
over 54dB @ all supply voltage (from 2.0V to 3.6V) and +25 degrees
over 54dB @ 2.4V and +70 degrees
33dB @ 2.0V and +70 degrees

Conditions:
center frequency = 426.5375 MHz (RCR STD-30 12ch)
adjacent channel space = 25 kHz
modulation = 2FSK, 9600 bps

Best Regards,

  • We haven't done any measurements with the same datarate as you use but I checked the results from the lab for 1.2 kbps and we see no degradation @ 2.0 V and 85 degrees.

You have not included too much details about your testing.
    - Is this with unmodulated or modulated interferer?
    - How many dB above the sensitivity limit is the wanted signal?
