CC110L GDO0 pin not triggering

i am working on interfacing CC110L to G2553 and i am able to get GDO2 interrupt but not GDO0 and it is stuck @0.8V and i am easylink code and i dont know where i done mistake. please help me to resolve this issue.

If the GDO0 is actually stuck at 0.8 V it sounds like either you have two outputs trying to drive the same pin or a hardware error. Please check how this is connected. Also try to disconnect GDO0 from everything else and see if you get the expected voltage values then.

Hi TER,

thanks for your reply,

i have removed the controller and i am just checking the pin output voltage when i give supply so GDO0 is giving 0.8V and GDO2 is supply voltage.

GDO0 should give a digital output with default IOCFG settings. If this pin is set to an output it should give either a logic '0' or a logic '1'. 0.8 V sounds like something is wrong with the hardware. Have you tested on more than one board?

Hi,

all devices giving 0.8V output and GDO2 is 0 V.

Your schematic is correct. Have you tried to control your board with a CCDebugger connected to SmartRF Studio? Also I suspect that this is only the CC1101 part of things, it could be that other parts of the circuit causes a problem.

this is the only part connected in board and i tried to connect to SMART RF studio but its showing not conncted.

HI TER,

when i am testing the voltage at all pins if i connect 56K resistor for Rbias everything going wrong please let me know the proper suggestion.

The 56 kohm resistor gives the required bias currents internally and need to be mounted. Not sure if I understand your last post, do you get 1.25 V on the Rbias pin and 1.75 V on the decoupl pin?

with out 56K
yes Rbias-1.27 V
Dcoupl:1.77V
GDO0=0V

with 56K
yes Rbias-1.25 V
Dcoupl:1.77V
GDO0=0.8V

HI TER,

one minor change in schematic Dguard i didnt connect it to VDD but if i connect Dguard to VDD then the Rbias pin voltage is 0V, Dcoupl=1.77V
and GDO0 pin voltage is 1.6V
