hello,

I have tested the TI-Rtos Tx/Rx code for smartrf +cc1310 boards and tested using the smartrf studio .its working fine.

I want to know the reason for the SPI interrupt to become active in the receiver side i.e. at what condition the SPI interrupt comes in Rx

You need to elaborate a bit. Both SmartRF Studio and the examples in TI-RTOS don't use SPI. What do you mean by SPI interrupt?

how are the packets transferred between transceiver and micro controller(ARM Cortex) in cc1310+smartrf .

If you look at the CMD_PROP_RX/TX commands you have a link to pQueue/pPkt which is the data structure where the packet that should be received/ sent is stored. The rfPacketRX/ rfPacketTx examples shows how these data structures can be used.

Is this pQueue/pPkt in the DMA(direct memory access) of the cc1310

Can you please suggest how DMA is being used in the Tx/Rx examples of TI-RTOS for cc1310

No, the DMA is not used. The RF Core is bus master and writes directly to RAM.
