Does CC1310's PA shut down during frequency hopping?

I would like to know if it is possible to hop frequencies without shuting down the transmitter. This in order to avoid interferences (to audio speakers, for example) caused by the switching (on &off) of the transmitor during frequency hopping.

Is is normal to turn off the PA before changing the frequency. The reason for this is that the behavior of the PLL is not known when changing frequency. It's not given that the frequency move linear from freq A to freq B, it's more likely that the change of frequency would cause some interference.

I have not heard about problems with hopping systems and interference to audio speakers. If the radio interfere the audio it's more likely with a poor design with power supply etc.
