I was looking at this and wondered why 250ms the code has no comments (actually it's not a constant even ).
So I was wondering "why 250ms" is it "long enough" and somewhat arbitrary?
If I change it to something shorter what (if anything) would the consequences be (other than shorter time for frequency switch algorythm).
The frequency agility works I am just wondering if the second broadcast time can be adjusted without consequence, and in doing so what would make sense in how to comment it in the code (posterity and such).
