    This is a SYS/ BIAS function. The documentation for the SYS/ BIAS functions could be found here: C:\ti\tirtos_cc13xx_cc26xx_2_16_01_14\products\bios_6_45_02_31\release_notes_bios_6_45_02_31.html (or similar dependent on which TI RTOS version you use)
