What condition cause Brown out detect on VDDR or Clock loss detect

My product base on CC1310 @433MHz， there are some issue on it , include

1 Brown out detect on VDDR，if I continue send packets without interval , this always happen.

2 Clock loss detect , if I using SPI control external flash memory a lot of times ,this maybe happen.

If you get a Brown out detect, VDDR have fallen under a given level. Have you monitored VDDR in your application to see what happens?

Is it possible for you to post your schematic?

1) If you run your code on a TI EM/ Launchpad, do you then see this issue?
2) If you run your code on a TI EM/ Launchpad, do you then see this issue?
