CC1310 can't be debugged with CCS Cloud

I'm trying to upload and debug an application using SmartRF06 evaluation board. The application uploads successfully, but the CCS Cloud always hangs on:  "GEL Expression: GEL_Go(main)". It does not matter whether I'm trying to upload a demo application or my own code. Interestingly, the same procedure with the same code worked great two weeks later. Could you please help me to identify the problem?
