I am working on the cc1350(dual mode BLE and sub 1GHz), i have qustion about sub 1Ghz, did there is developer's guide like the "CC2640 and CC2650 SimpleLink Bluetooth® low energy Software Stack 2.2.1 Developer's Guide"?

No.

The reason is that you don't have to run a (given) stack using sub 1-GHz. You can run everything from a very simplified protocol that just sends/ receive packets with a simplified payload (example: 1-2 byte that is the temperature for a node) to a full stack like www.ti.com/.../ti-15.4-stack
