Currently the support is only for 50kbps. There is a planned release for first week of March, that will have support for 5kbps in Long Range Mode.
For range check you can refer to this post e2e.ti.com/.../375556

In my opinion the best range check is to try it out in the field with clear LOS.

In 15.4 Stack star configuration between collector and connected sensors in Sub-1 GHz n/w, how do we calculate range. Apart from excel tool we need to use Smart RF Studio too. If yes how do we do in Star configuration.

Since it is a star network, the range is node to node from collector to sensor. At 50kbps at 915MHz and 14dBm output, the excel sheet is giving me 923m. This is what you should expect from TI 15.4g stack solution. With LRM at 5kbps, it is 1979m.
You can use SmartRF studio with the above settings if you want to do a manual range test.

But with SmartRF studio which device(Collector or Sensor) to be connected to COM port, how do we monitor receiver sensitivity level. What will be setup look like, have you tried with star configuration.

Sorry to ask repeated queries.is there any way we can change bit rate to 25 KBPS. Our end application needs this bit rate requirement.

Just curious to know which layer in 15.4 stack this is being set or hardcoded.
