CC113L: 315MHz reference desgin

Part Number: CC113L
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1101

Hello Experts,

Do you have any reference design for CC113L 315MHz, not 433MHz?

I'm expecting the same one for which CC1101EM 433MHz reference design has in BOM list describing to make 315MHz EM.

Regards,

Uchikoshi

  • The CC1101 network from the RF_P/N pins consists of a balun and a filer, the CC113L consists only of a balun. The balun part (component values) is equal for both. Therefore you can use the balun part of the CC1101 315 MHz design to use for CC113L on 315 MHz.
  • Thank you for your reply.

In case of CC1101 433M EM, cap C111 on AVDD(9 pin) is also changed from 220p to 10nF, while CC113L 433M EM is using 100nF(0.1uF) on pin9 AVDD1.

    C_10N_0402_X7R_K_25            C111

Is this 10nF also applied to CC113L?

    Regards,

    Uchikoshi

  • For the ValueLine series we used 100nF on the decoupling caps. Previously, we had specific values for each decoupling capacitor but this was replaced with common values of 100nF since we noticed an improvement with noise.
