CC1200: Support for CW during Rx?

Can the CC1200 support Continuous Wave output during Rx Mode? After research it appears that this is possible using either config -

Do you mean Tx? (Rx doesn't make much sense)

If you check SmartRF Studio, the second method is used to send a CW.

Yep, I am looking to use the CC1200 for back-scatter. I am targeting UHF RFID (18000-6C), is CW during Rx possible?

CC1200 only has one radio meaning that it can only be in Tx or Rx at a given time.

Bummer, that is what I thought! I am curious though, could CW still be enabled, with no Tx data during Rx?

It is not possible to enable the LNA (RX) and PA (TX) at the same time. A CW can thus not be enabled during RX.
