LAUNCHXL-CC1310: cc1310 consume in sleep mode

I use cc1310 pinstandby routines, test the sleep mode current consumption for a couple of uA。technological manual is 0.7 uA, how configuration can achieve the reference manual?

I downloaded the pinStandby example for the CC1310LP (simplelink_cc13x0_sdk_1_30_00_06) and removed all jumpers except the once for the LEDs. I measure the standby current consumption (when LEDs were off) to 670 nA.
