I have to produce PCB Board for CC1310.

I would like to know surfaces of PCB for CC1310EMK, LAUNCHXL-CC1310 or surfaces of PCB should be.

(HSL, Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG), Hard Gold) Please advice me.
