CC1310: How can I use the TI 15.4 Stack and CC1310 to establish a tree topology

Hi folks,

I'm now trying to develop a tree topology with TI 15.4 stack and CC1310.

But seems the TI 15.4 stack supports star topology and does not support tree topology.

Based on the document, there shall only be two types: PAN-coordinator and device.

Is it possible to establish a tree topology?

How can I do it?

It only supports star network now.

Hi User4598118,

You can develop a tree topology . You need to have an upper third level using another Master collector. Between 1st level (Low level, sensors) and 2nd level (First level of collector) you can use the 15.4 stack. In between 2nd level and 3rd level you can use simple tx/rx communication (Example - simplelink tx/rx in the resource explorer). Actually we are now developing a similar system now. But in experiment level.
