Using the CC1310 device, it's mode is wakeonradio, and the host sends broadcast  messages to the surrounding nodes .

    Not sure I understand your question. You do not say anything about which protocol you are running.

    All receivers that are within range and is in RX when the host is transmitting, will receive the data, as long as they are set up to receive broadcast messages.
