Hi, 

CC1190 is range extender for sub ghz. 

I'm design CC1310 and range is not good now.

I want to know if add CC1190 like launch pad cc1310 cc1190, how long range will be extend ?

Can i check with TI when launch pad release for testing ?

    Hi,

    You can use our Range Estimator Spread sheet posted on this forum to estimate the range. The following is the link.

    CC1190 will improve the Link Budget by around 16dB. For every 6dB improvement in the Link Budget, it doubles the range.

    For range test purpose, you can use BOOSTXL-CC1120-90 board ( CC1120-CC1190 Boosterpack). The same range can be achieved with CC1310-CC1190.
