Hi All,

Someone please tell me which Pin is used to read analog value in the below example. I am using CC1350 LaunchPad.

Also when I am connecting DIO28 to GND with a jumper wire, the code stuck at some point. Please help me on this.

Hello,

The analog value is being read from DIO26 which is mapped to the AUX pin 4 in the sensor controller. At what point of the code does it get stuck?

Hi,

I am using CC1350 LaunchPad US. When I connect DIO26 to GND or to 3V3, there is no difference in the ADC reading and it is giving some random value always. ADC value is monitoring with serial terminal.

I found that it's a bug in the rfWsnDmNode example.

If you open the adc_sample.scp file under SCE in the example and look at the init code, adcSelectGpioInput is hardcoded to 2 which is DIO28.

You can change the line to adcSelectGpioInput(AUXIO_A_AD_INPUT); and select a pin in the IO mapping. Note that Sensor Controller Studio need a patch (ready next week) to generate the correct files for v1.4 of the SDK.

Hi,
Thank you ! But some times the code is stuck and not able to find when it is. It is running well, when it is debug mode. So I am not able to find at what code line, it is stuck.

Have you done any changes to the original example code? If yes, have you tried to just add lines one by one the the code and see when it get stuck?

How do you see that the code gets stuck?

Hi,

When I am connecting 3V3 or GND to DIO26, the LEDs are not blinking and when I remove the connection(DIO26 in floating), it again start blinking.

You didn't answer: Have you done any changes to the original example code? I don't see this if I use the code out of the box.

I don't see any difference in the LED blinking when connection DIO26 with the code right out of the box. Note that the frequency of blinking reduces when the code has been running for awhile.
