CC1310: CC1310 Flash error

Part Number: CC1310

I am getting a error message wile flashing and instructions to mass erase the chip. while mass erasing there is a error message comes a as  'Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090'. and the chip is not accessible. can anyone faced kind of issue could answer this.

    the mass erase comes with below status
    Reset target ...
    >Reset of target successfull.
    >Initiate access to target: XDS-L20006VC.
    >Failed to read target memory.
    >Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090.
    >Start flash erase ...
    >Erase finished successfully.
    >Reset target ...
    >Reset of target successfull.

    and it didn't help at all

    Address 0x40091090 contains security information. Based on what you write it could sound like just this chip has set a security bit that limits the access to the chip. Not sure why this is the case in just 1 out of 25 chips.

    Based on your other post () it could look like either your ccfg has been modified to give restricted access and/ or your hardware configuration is not optimal.

    thank you for the post. as I conveyed, it is one out of 25 boards has the issue. i would like to know the cause why the issue is coming. Could you please recommend some trials to corner the issue. the other issue is cleared.
