CC1350STK: Difference between CC1350STK and CC2650STK

Hi,

I've been interested in sourcing CC1350STK or CC2650STK. From the specs it looks that both are almost the same with the exception of dual-band capabilities on CC1350STK. Is CC1350STK a superset of CC2650STK in terms of features? They both are priced at 29USD. What am I missing since it looks like we can program CC1350STK for both sub-gig and 2.4GHz communication including bluetooth.

CC1350 can do subG and 2.4G BLE protocol. CC2650 can do BLE and 802.15.4 MAC (for Zigbee or 2.4G 6LowPAN). BLE support is the only overlapped function provided by CC1350 and CC2650.

Hi YiKai,

Thanks, So even though 2.4GHz is there on cc1350, I would not be able to communicate with devices like cc2650 or telosB using Contiki?
