CC1120: The minimum output power of CC1120

Hi

My customer add a PA in front of CC1120. It can't pass certification due to higher output power than rules. They hope reduce CC1120 output power so that don't need change HW.  

The default minimum output power value is -11dBm.  Can we set it lower as I see there is special power level? Thanks.

    PA_POWER[0-2] gives lower output power than -11 dBm. Those levels are used for PA ramping and are not part of the official PA table because the variation in PA power from sample to sample and over temp/ voltage is fairly large.
