    I think you mean FCC15.247 and not 246. There is no 246 in the list below:

    But if you do mean 15.247, then yes, it is possible to create a solution based on the CC112x series of devices that becomes compliant with the frequency hopping set of regulations. 

    Here is an appnote that describes a possible solution.

    When doing this, the software is what is important. The transceiver just executes the commands of the MCU and if done right the overall system will become compliant.
