I plan to develop personal real-time communication device in low UHF band based on cc13x2R chip. The option of using analog FM mode considered by compatibility reasons of utilizing unlicensed band channels with interference from analog stations or where digital transmission is prohibited or unpractical. Analog emulation FM mode has practical usability only on 5.0/6.25/12.5/25 kHz RF channel spacing. The best option is to give I2S<->DMA<->RF_16bit_module_regsiter transfer for that. The use of narrowband option requires precision frequency deviation against temperature (<1 ppm) from the HF oscillator, - it would be nice to provide strong hardware support for that on TCXO or/and crystal. This could be a RF module non-volatile register 8-bit array of crystal correction coefficients for capacitor binary array to specific temperatures.
