We have a Launchpad connected ota to other 5, measuring power sources.
The system is working flawlessly but, indistinctly from computer or operating system, the receiver's USB has to be unplugged and plugged again to transmit the strings, after booting the OS.
We've tried Ubuntu, Mate, Win7, Win10. Tried raspberry pis, two laptops, one desktop and a minipc, and it always works like this:
1) OS boot
2) launchpad detected (same COM as supposed)
3) run in-house developed software
4) software DETECTS launchpad and open com
5) strings aren't received even in debug
6) disconnect and reconnect USB
7) output now works.
- Drivers are updated;
- BIOS configurations from the equipments have been widely tested and explored;
- No issues after disconnecting and reconnecting the USB;
- Candles are now burning in an altar.
