I am completing the reference design :Sub-1 GHz Sensor to Cloud Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) Gateway Reference Design. I download the prebuilt TI Linux processor SDK SD card image am335x-evm-linux-04.02.00.09.img.zip.But when I creating the SD card using this image, I can't boot the BeagleBone Black from the SD Card.The problem is connection timed out.Is there anyone konw the reason?

Can you give us more information on your issue?

In what step are you stuck?
What software did you use to flash the SD card?
What is the size of the SD Card?

Of course, I encountered a problem in “3.1.2.1 BeagleBone Black SD Card”，the softwore is Win32 Disk Imager and the SD Card is a Kingston 8GB MicroSD. When I finished this step and boot BBB from the SD Card as described in the reference, I can't login using SSH.More ,I have performed these steps using debian9 as the image , at last I successed. Now I don't konw its reason.

Are you sure you ssh to correct IP?

I use the USB connected.so I use the 192.168.7.2 as the ip addeess.Is that wrong?

If you connected Beaglebone via USB to your desktop, a network adapter should show up on your computer. Do you see it?

yes, I can see it.I have finished the same setps using debian9.and I successed.only this image can't

Try to disable other Ethernet interfaces other than the one simulated by Beaglebone and test again.

By the way, IOT GW reference design should be able to run on debian without problem so you can use it instead of prebuilt TI Linux processor SDK SD card image to test it.

Ok,thank you very much! if I use debian9 there are no version issues. And it's another problem.In 3.1.2.7.2: AWS Certificates and Configuration From stackArmor. I can't find the relevant certificate from the specified URL.I seem to see from the forum that the cloud service is not available for personal use. Is this true, and does the gateway program in the reference design have a local gateway interface?

In the document, it mentioned "For these certificates, as well as a unique AWS URL, see the stackArmor web page[8]." so you can click [8] which would lead to "8. stackArmor, Industrial IoT Gateway Demonstration Request Form" in chapter 6 Related Documentation to get certification.
