CC1312R: Looking for low power sub-1GHz transceiver that can output/input I/Q samples

Part Number: CC1312R
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1352R, CC1310

Hi,

We are building a low power SDR and looking for low power sub-1GHz transceivers that can get/feed I/Q samples from/to receiver/transmitter. I found some solutions in our target frequency range but it is not mentioned anything about the I/Q samples capability in their datasheet. Specifically, I am wondering if we can get I/Q samples from CC1312R receiver? If yes, does it degrade the sensitivity? If no, how about other devices in the same current consumption (RX<10mA and TX<20mA)and data-rate range like CC1310CC1350, CC1352R or others? How about transmitter side? Can we feed in I/Q samples in CC1312R or other devices?

Thanks and Regards,

Ali
