CC1310: Bootloader entry from Power-on-reset only? Not pin reset?

I am bringing up a system wherein I will need to be able to bootloader and reflash a CC1310 from another micro.
In Figure 1 in "CC2538/CC26xx Serial Bootloader Interface", the starting block is "Power-on-Reset".

To enter the bootloader, does the reset HAVE to be a power-on-reset? Or can it be a pin reset? Or even a software reset?

I need to know this specifically, as this will determine if I have to modify a circuit to power cycle the CC1310, rather than just controlling its reset line.
