Is CC2650 a requirement or is CC2640R2 an option? As far as I understand chip scale is only an option on CC2640R2.

Some modules could be found under processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Category:BluetoothLE, look unde "Product Information & Modules".

I believe Murata also should have a module but could not find a link.

I search for a small module around 7x7mm from TI. I didn't found any.
