CC2520EMK: Prerequisites CC2520EMK

You should be able to use the EM Adapter BoosterPack:

www.ti.com/.../boost-ccemadapter

together with the CC Debugger:

www.ti.com/.../cc-debugger

to control the CC2520 EM with SmartRF Studio. CC2520 is a tranceiver meaning that you have to have a MCU to control it on a PCB.

Please suggest me which MCU is compatible to above radio module??

Since CC2520 is a tranceiver you can only control it, not program it. The chip uses a a SPI interface and you can use any MCU with a SPI interface compatible with the one described in the CC2520 datasheet can be used to control the chip. Which MCU you should select is dependent on the required speed, memory size, required periphery modules etc.
