RTOS/CC1310: S/W Break Points are disabled in debug option.

Recently I have started to debug a code in CCS 8.0.0.00016. But when I put the breakpoints Break points manger indicated that [S/W BP - disabled]. 

Further when I try to enable the break point, it gives a message saying that "No Code is associated with "C:\User\...\code_script.c" , line number and the file location.

What would be the possible reason for this and how can I solve this problem?
