All the TX Power's available can be selected from the TX Power Drop down menu. Between 0 and -10 dBm, you can select -5.

I means how can I know the value.
For example, I only see default 14dBm in menu, when I set in 433MHz.

I want to set 0 dBm or 5dBm. How can I know the value. Something like .txPower table?

As you can see from Studio, we only have characterized settings for the 779 - 930 MHz Band. No 433 MHz settings are available yet, hence we do not have TX Power settings for this band. Simply changing the frequency from 868 MHz to 433 MHz, will not give you optimal performance.
