CC1200: cc1200 receive bit width tolerance

Need to know what receive bit width tolerance the cc1200 receiver can tolerate. Specifically for manchester but should apply to any format.

I don't think we have looked directly into this but would assume that it's related to the tolerances given in 6.6 in www.ti.com/.../swru346b.pdf

I seem to have the TOC limit set to 0.2% which is obviously too tight. I'm able to see by looking some pulse width errors so I'm not sure even 2% will be enough.

Why is the variation larger than this in your system? Simce modern radios uses xtals as reference the datarate variation is normally very low.

Changed TOC tolerance to 2% and now the comm works from old transmitter to new cc1200.
