CC1352R: Spectrum Analyzer Application

I have a CC1352R1 board that I am trying to evaluate for a special purpose on a new design. I am evaluating this chipset for a simple and fast "poor-man" spectrum analyzer that can listen on a number of distinct channels to determine RSSI without actually attempting to receive/decode packets. Are there any bare-bone code examples available that illustrate how to do a minimal frequency scan as fast as possible in this use-case?

Gary,

We have actually just released a TI design that implements what you are asking for. We have also create a nice PC application to show the data in realtime. Furthermore we have tested it up against reference quality equipment and found it to be very good for lower signals (-40dBm) and lower.

Does this come with source code for the embedded side? I may be mistaken, but it appears source code is only available for Windows application.

YK and Gary,

It does not run on the x2 device today and we are not actively looking into. The full firmware is actually released for the CC13x0 side, it is found Inside the installation directory:

\Texas Instruments\SA13x0 Spectrum Analyzer

You will find a zip file called sa13x0_firmware.zip that contains the code use on the embedded side.
