CC1310: How to make quote for customer?

Part Number: CC1310

I have one project with cc1310.
And now my customer ask me to do a quote for 1 million my devices.
After calling to all distributor and TI support, i find out, you can't buy 1 million devices. O.o
Because, distributors don't sale this amount, and TI don't wanna talk about it and send you to distributors.
And how you can understand, each cent of this amount is about 10 000$ different on the final price.

Any solution, ideas? I like devices from TI, but how to use them if you can't do a quote for the customer?

Hi Alex,

I find it strange that you have been turned down by distributers. Which part of the world are you in and who have you contacted?

I'm in Canada.
Talk with Mouser, he sends me to his "sister company"? which work with this amounts, but TTS told me, he not work with TI.
DigiKey told, he will contact me soon and after 2 days nothing back.
Arrow on my question, send me CREDIT APPLICATION, for what a reason, I still don't understand.
And for now, I very disappointed, because my other project uses a few devices from TI (Sitara, Wi-Fi, amplifier and etc). And if accidentally another project will find customers, what I must to do?
