what is the switching time from rx to tx and tx to rx..

I measure this one to 2 to 3 ms.

why it take such a long time.

    Sudhir, 

    The switching times are given in the datasheet. If you are not able to get there, then I think the most like issue is software optimization that is needed to ensure that commands are issued fast enough.

    TX/RX turn-around should be 50us.
