CC1125: Connecting the CC debugger with CC1125 for SmartRF Studio.

Part Number: CC1125

In the CC debugger user's guide it is recommended to connect the DC and DD pins of the debugger with GPIO2 and GPIO0 of C1125 respectively. However, I need those pins of the CC1125 for controlling a front end module (transmit/receive and bypass pins) (FEM). The CC debugger will be used for interfacing the transceiver with SmartRF Studio. Will there be any problem if I go by the CC debugger user's guide and connect the debug pins or should I skip connecting them and just connect the SPI pins? Does the SmartRF Studio need the debug pins to be connected with GP0 and GP2?
