You can use a CC Debugger and connect this to the exposed connectors on the module you are using.

i don't know how to do that. i just know that i should open offline mode, but i don't know how to save my configurations and copy them to my Arduino sketch.

Do you have a library for CC1101 on the platform you are using and if yes, how is the registers defined? When you have found this you can export the registers from SmartRF Studio in the format you require.
