CC1310: How to optimize the matching circuit with Antenna using Load pull plot ?

We found that the power consumption is quiet different if we connected front-end antenna or not. we only have the load pull of CC1310 as below. 

How do we use load pull plot to optimize the RF circuit, so that we can derive minimum current consumption with maximum output power?

    Have you done antenna matching to ensure that the antenna present 50 ohm?

    If the current consumption change it sounds like the impedance is either in the upper part of the smith chart (if the current goes up) or the lower part if the current goes down.

    What is the power you are measuring with 50 ohm termination vs with the antenna?
